How it Works

Our process begins with an introductory discussion with a landowner to understand their financial objectives and determine if one of CLC’s products can help. If so, the landowner will provide additional materials including, but not limited to, their lease agreement and payment history. We will then evaluate the materials and provide an indicative offer. If the offer is accepted, we will work closely with the landowner to close the transaction within 30 to 60 days.
